Iscripts socialware is a social networking script that can be bought and used by webmasters to build their own social network website. We bought a copy, and here’s what we arrived at.
The script is not encrypted, and therefore it is fully customizable. However, it is also not secure, it can be easily tampered with. We tried and tested and clearly saw that too many precautions need to be taken is your script is to be kept from attackers.
It is owned by a company, whose service and development is done in India, so at least you know that they’re not going to disappear once they’ve sold you the script, but the language standards especially on the support are definitely not upto the mark. We also found that it is a bit too expensive as the script is quite basic and doesn’t really include too many features like some of the other available scripts do. A 100 dollars for a one time license, and an additional 50 dollars for installation, if you happen to get stuck somewhere and need someone to do it for you.
For the first year after you buy the script, the support is free, but like mentioned, not up to the mark and not very efficient. After that, you end up paying 50 dollars every year for support. What’s more, to remove their copyright from your website, you pay another 300 dollars.
The best part of the script is that it is completely customizable and you can give it desired looks. It is also designed to handle a fairly large number of people. The default design is pretty impressive, and does a lot better than many other such social network scripts.

I don’t completely agree with you.Beeing a user of it for quite sometime i believe for that price socialware is the most reliable and feature rich script you can ever imagine to buy. Its not encrypted and i could build anything upon it

I have used the Iscript software now for about 3 months. For the price, it’s a good deal. It’s easy to use, and rich with key features. I am particularly impressed with the support team behind the software. Milan and the guys at Iscript have been extremely helpful and graceous in their support.

Their software is mediocre, and they do not honor their money-back guarantee if you purchase anything. Their support staff is basically non-responsive, and they will not stand by their guarantees. They are not to be trusted.
I fully agree with Terri and would like to get in touch to discuss this matter.
I recommend NOT touching ANY of their software even with a ten foot barge pole! I have genuine reasons for this so please read on:
The software is very outdated and has not been developed for several years leaving it way behind in current technologies. I purchased this software from Iscripts and evaluated it, only to find it was able to be hacked into in 15 seconds simply by posting a simple piece of code into one of the forms.
Further more, I followed Iscripts online (no questions asked) Guarantee and requested a refund within 30 days. I was well inside my 30 days but have been given the run around from every staff member I have dealt with.
I have tried everything to get a refund from these crooks including calling them 3 times internationally and all I get is their answer machine. I leave a message each time and NEVER get a return call.
IScripts.com have a live chat function on their website so I utilised it many times. Normally you get a staff member named ‘Ibin’. Ibin listens to my problem and tells me they are reviewing my refund request form (which is a hideously long form for [no questions asked]) but that review has taken months and months. I log onto the site and view my support ticket and it say the status is ‘complete’ yet no damn refund?
Oh yes, I highly recommend anyone wishing to deal with Iscripts.com take a good look around the net for better software and look for a company without a crooked reputation like these rip off artists have got.

I fully agree with Mark, I purchased SocialWare from iscrpits.com and asked them to customize it. They charged me $360 and now check my site http://hidroparts.com to view customization made.
