I bought the Kootali script and installation from http://agriya.com . The script never worked right so we moved to another server but it never worked right on that server also even tho the server advertises Kootali for their servers!
At first , the agriya support team were very good , but their Techs never fixed the issues fully. I thought I would by all the add on moduals . Maybe that would help .
When they heard I was going to buy more stuff from them (agriya.com)they were very helpful again , returning my emails , very nice . After they installed the new mods , the same problems were still not fixed !
Well you can guess I emailed them back 7 times , each email getting more heated because they just ignored me after promising to fix everything when the new mods were installed .
I must admit , that what does work on the site is nice but if you buy from agriya.com you better know how to code yourself because that lifetime support they offer is a joke ! Once your money is in their hands , your a forgotten customer .
If you don’t understand codeing , then I reccomend not buying anything from agriya.com . This is the second time I got ripped off buy and overseas company ! The other one was the Buddy Zone script .
